Field Lacrosse Equipment List: (Boys)
Short Stick - The stick you purchase for your player should be a stick suited for youth or high school play. Children's beginner sticks will not be adequate for play.  If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Helmet  - (must be NOCSAE lacrosse certified helmet)
Shoulder Pads - When you go shopping for lacrosse shoulder pads, be sure to get "shoulder pads" not should pad liners. At most sporting goods store getting the right shoulder pads won't be an issue, shopping online is where you can get overwhelmed.

Arm Guards - When purchasing arm guards or arm pads be sure they have a hard or ridged elbow cap (see picture below). Foam arm pads do NOT provide enough protection for younger (3rd - 6th grade) players

Rib Pads (Optional)
Gloves  - For older players (7th - 12th) do not cut corners on gloves. If any part of the body takes the most hits from sticks its the hands. I high quality glove is a must. These will can be found on sales at local resellers. If the glove's retail (non-sale) price is less than $50 be careful

Cleats (No Metal)
If your player already has soccer cleats or any non-metal cleat there is not need to purchase a lacrosse specific cleat
Protective Cup
Mouth Guard  - Follow This Link to the mouth-gaurd that we have found is the least uncomfortable especially when your child is new to wearing one.  (Can not be clear in color).
